Which of our players won't get with the programme?

Ironmike reports today that Arnautovic is already whining about the new training methods employed and that Sullivan has told him he has full authority to deal with it.

No surprise since the bloke seems a lazy sulky arsehole from his body language (and apparently Slav had been rebuffed when trying to get him to pull his finger out too).

Which other of our players will cry hardship when it comes to a more bootcamp mentality...delicate little flowers that they are!?

It is a physiological fact that one of the first signs of tiredness is concentration lapsing. The fitter you are the longer you will stay alert. When the brain gets the hint that the limbs are tiring it persuades the body to take the less energetic option, like going for a risky winner to end a long tennis rally for example.

it is obvious why the team have been deliberately running less far and making fewer sprints than others because as we now can see they were saving energy to retain concentration for the whole 90 minutes.

I don't mind so much if people don't train as well as they could as long as they did it on the Saturday. Ok it's a different era but McAvennie and Dicksy weren't exactly the best trainers but still did it on the day.

Fitness & mental toughness for 90 mins (especially last 10 mins) are the key issues for Moyes to address.

We've lost 7 x points, from winning or drawing positions, in the last 5 minutes of games this season.

Had the team seen those out, then Bilic would be sat 8th in the League table at the moment and he would still be in a job.

ExWHU mentioned this week also that Bilic had asked Arnie to do a load of sprint training as he wasn't getting away from his man. Arnie told him where to go, and Bilic let it go.

eggbert, allardyce said there are a number of grasses at the club yesterday. should be easy to work out who they are, especially as loads are off with their national teams

Agree to some extent. However fitness and stamina are both aspects that can be improved within a couple of weeks, whereas other skills - given they are withing the players' scope - may take longer.

Andy Murray too focused heavily on fiteness and strength which added to his performance when younger.

Per IRONMIKE, he was there for the first day of training, had a phone row that evening with Moyes, and then departed for Austria.

The bloke was spot on with Moyes coming in last Thursday and seems pretty well connected.

players whose international teams play tonight met up the other day, those that arent playing until tuesday dont have to be there until tomorrow i think, that's when Rice meets up with the RoI u21s anyway.

Kouyate posted up a picture on instagram of Fernandes eating his lunch in the canteen in Austria!

There were 4 plates on food in front of him including a plate of chips, the chips were piled up on top of what can be only described as chinese food!
